Where is Dragonfly Hollywood located?
Dragonfly is located in the heart of Hollywood, at 6510 Santa Monica Blvd (corner of Wilcox).
When is Dragonfly Nightclub open? And what is best time to arrive?
Dragonfly is open from Friday – Sunday. Hours of operation: 10pm-2am. Early arrival is recommended, best before/by 11:30pm latest. Available 7 days a week for private bookings.
I submitted a table request online. Now what?
For reservations request please note that you must receive a telephone confirmation from one of our team members. In many cases, tables are reserved weeks in advance and availability is very limited. Please ask the host about any minimum spend that may apply to your table.
Where is Dragonfly VIP table check-in located?
VIP table check-in kiosk is located directly in front of venue near main entrance of Dragonfly Hollywood. Please have your ID and payment ready to present at check-in to ease and expedite entry into venue.
Where do I park?
Valet Parking ONLY available directly in front of venue. Plus there is metered street parking available on Santa Monica Boulevard ONLY, which is free after 7pm. DO NOT PARK on side streets. You will be ticketed and or towed (side streets require permit to park for residents ONLY). Please be respectful of the residential neighborhood.
Can I book a private event at Dragonfly?

Are you handicap / ADA accessible?
Of course! Should you require any additional assistance while enjoying our venue please do not hesitate to ask one of our staff members onsite.
Do you have an ATM in the club?
Unfortunately, no, there is no ATM available at Dragonfly.
What type of music will be played?
It depends on the night of the week. Thursday nights with La Cultura feature a mix of Reggaeton & Latin Trap (with touch of Hip-Hop). Expect Hip Hop / Top 40 to pulse throughout the weekend with Episode Fridays and Signature Saturdays inside Dragonfly Hollywood.
What is the age limit?
All guests must be at least 21 years old to enter Dragonfly Hollywood. Everyone must show valid identification. Failure to produce identification may result in refusal of entry.
What is acceptable form of identification?
The only forms we accept are government-issued, non-expired, photo IDs (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.). All guests must be at least 21 years old to enter Dragonfly Hollywood. False and or counterfeit IDs will be confiscated and turned over to the local police department.
Turning 21?
You must be 21 years of age plus 1 day to enter Dragonfly; so it must be after midnight on the calendar day of your birthday.
What if I left my credit card and or ID at the bar?
Call the office (323) 446-4335 Mon-Thu 10A-4P or come by during regular operating hours.
Once inside, can I leave and re-enter the club?
Reentry into the nightclub is subject to change depending on the event. Most nights, ins and outs are not allowed. * See the door staff on night of your event for more information.

Does Dragonfly charge fee for admission?
- Depends on the event and or DJ entertainment booked that night.
- Cover charge is at the discretion of door staff and subject to change at any point.
- Find tickets available here online for Episode Fridays & Signature Saturdays; and get tickets here for Sunday Night Fever.
- Guest must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted.
- Tickets/Tables are non-transferable or available for resale. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Artists and event subject to change without notice.
- All Ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
- Appropriate dress is required and strictly enforced. For men – No Jerseys, No Shorts, No Sweats or Jump Suits. For Ladies – No Flats.
- Venue reserves the right to deny access into venue due to capacity restrictions
How does bottle service work at Dragonfly?
- No deposit is required. Payment is not due until night of event upon your arrival, in cash OR credit card OR “part cash, part credit card.”
- For bottle service reservations, a minimum spend is the amount of money you need to spend on alcohol and/or food in order to reserve your table for free. For example, if it says $1k min spend, you will need to spend $1000 on bottles (usually 2 bottles) in order to get your table for free.
- The table is NOT a separate purchase. Your final spend will be determined by the amount of tax/tip/venue fees added on to your minimum spend, which is 34% at Dragonfly.
- Bottle service at Dragonfly Hollywood includes free standard mixers, including orange juice, cranberry juice, soda water, various sodas, as well as garnishes (3 Red Bulls, Cranberry Juice, and Orange Juice included with table). Additional Red Bull (6) & Water (6) $42.
- For Birthdays, with the purchase of two (2) bottles or more, we provide a complimentary bottle of our Dragonfly House Champagne along with a custom birthday e-flyer for you to post online and or invite friends. And to make your special night even more memorable, complimentary signage and show is included with purchase of one or more bottles.
- All liquor bottles are Liter size (excludes Tequilas which are typically 750ml).
- There is a separate and faster line for bottle service groups to get into Dragonfly Hollywood. Once you show up with your group, proceed to the proper line, and drop your name to a staff member. Be sure to tell them that you have a table. They will take care of you and you will get your expedited entry. (VIP table line is located on the right when facing front of venue.)
- Table is yours for the entire evening. Exact location will be determined when you arrive at the door.
- Table minimums can vary depending on event and talent booked.

How does Dragonfly Hollywood guest list work?
- Find Guest List available here for Episode Fridays and Signature Saturdays plus guest list here for Sunday Night Fever.
- Signing up for a guest list means you can gain entry to venue at a free or discounted price, as long as you enter before 11PM.
- There are promoters who also submit names for their guest list; so when asked, you will say that you’re on Dragonfly’s guest list available HERE online.
- Must be 21 & Over. Entry permitted with proper ID only. Failure to produce identification may result in refusal of entry.
- Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible to receive a refund.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests for any reasonable reason, including but not limited to visible intoxication, lack of proper ID, or failure to adhere to dress code. If you have doubts about an item or an outfit; then it is best to play it safe and go for the dressier look.
- Please Note: Guest list is not applicable on special events and holidays (such as Thanksgiving Eve, Halloween, New Year’s Eve).
What is the dress code at Dragonfly?
Overall dress to impress, fashionable stylish/trendy attire required. And if you’re still unsure what to wear; then you can always play it safe and opt for to wear the following recommended attire: cocktail dresses, dress pants/slacks, skirts, heels. Sandals are a no-go for all patrons. Venue reserves all right to deny entry at doorman’s discretion.

Can I wear sneakers?
- We ask that our patrons arrive smartly dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable and fresh; but we do make a decision on an individual basis.
- We advise against wearing sports or gym style trainers.
- However we do accept some sneakers like Nike Air Jordan, Adidas Yeezy, Virgil Abloh, Off-White, Air Force 1, etc.
- Dragonfly dress policy is fashionable; no beanies, straight bill caps or tracksuits and no football tops.
Is coat check available?
No, Dragonfly does not offer a coat check.
Am I allowed to bring in my medications?
Prescription and non-prescription medicine are not allowed in the venue. We give our guests an option of taking the medicine back to their car. It is strongly not recommended that you do not to bring your prescription medicine(s) to DRAGONFLY, but instead take proper dosage before arriving if necessary.
Is there free parking near Dragonfly?
Yes! If you’re heading out at night to Dragonfly in LA, you can take advantage of free metered parking. Metered parking enforcement ends at 7:00 p.m. and all day Sunday along Santa Monica Blvd. Additional nearby parking options include:
- On-site valet parking is available for additional fee, which is typically $30 to $40 (depending on nigh of the week).
- For those who desire V-VIP parking, guests can request valet to park vehicle/s directly in front of venue for additional fee (on top of standard valet parking fee).

How is Dragonfly responding to COVID-19, commonly referred to as novel coronavirus?

Do I need proof of vaccination to enter Dragonfly?
- We follow all local & state health guidelines, per Los Angeles County, there are no COVID-19 entry requirements at this time. Proof of Vaccination, or a negative Covid test taken within 72hrs of event start time, is no longer required for entry.

Are face coverings required?
We at Dragonfly Hollywood hold our safety precautions to the highest standard for both our guests and staff.
- Guests are no longer required to wear masks anytime walking throughout the space; not seated at their tables.
- Staff is required to wear masks at all times.
- We remain as contactless as possible providing QR codes for menu viewing.
- Tables are spaced 6ft apart and capped at 10 guests.

I have a temporary paper ID, what should I do?
- Paper IDs alone are not honored as proper proof of age.
- A temporary paper ID might be accepted along with an expired photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License).
- Otherwise, passports are always accepted as a form of identification for entry into venue.
If I don’t have a photo ID, can I still get in the venue?
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and must show valid identification to enter Dragonfly Hollywood. Failure to produce proper identification may result in refusal of entry. Accepted forms of ID are current and non-expired: State Issued ID or Driver’s License, Military & Passport ID.

What are some important ticketing and entry information that I should know?
Management may refuse entry to any ticket holder for the following reasons: dress code violations, intoxication, unruliness, possession of illegal substances or carrying out illegal acts. This is not an exhaustive list. For seamless entry, please plan accordingly.
* Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion.
What are the benefits of pre-purchasing tickets?
- Eliminate the stress before the event is sold out!
- Door price is typically higher than online ticket price.
- Once purchased, you’ll receive the best price and guaranteed.
- If you opt for VIP tickets; you can arrive anytime and skip lines.
Online ticket sales (Eventbrite) have ended. Can I still purchase tickets at door?
Provided the event is not sold out, you will be able to buy tickets in-person onsite at the door. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and/or any digital Tap payment method.
** Please note that in-person onsite ticket prices are typically more than advance purchase prices. Online tickets are always available for advance purchase via our Eventbrite.

Is smoking allowed at Dragonfly?
Smoking is ONLY allowed on the outdoor patio. No smoking is permitted indoors.
What is bottle service?
This can be a confusing subject for travelers that don’t live in major cities, or have major nightclubs. Los Angeles nightclubs require guests who desire a VIP table with reserved seating for the evening to purchase bottle service also known as “table service.”
This is a booth or table reserved for your group for the evening. If you want a place to sit for the evening, this is the only way. You will have a personal waitress there to take your orders and pour your drinks. You will also have a bouncer assigned to your area patrolling to ensure no one messes with you, the VIP customer. Expect to purchase one (1) bottle for every 4-5 guests.
What are the benefits of table/bottle service?
- VIP tables are a bundled package with VIP admission, skip the line entry, a gorgeous server, seating, and complimentary mixers like sodas and juices.
- Your party will receive designated VIP section with plush booth seating. This is only way to obtain seating in venue. Otherwise, it is standing room only.
- Your model server will craft your cocktails table-side or you have flexibility to create your desired beverage at a whim.
- We can accommodate multiple price points depending on table location and party size.
How do I book bottle service table reservation?

How do I pay for my table the night of event?

- Payment with one (1) credit card;
- Payment split between a credit card and cash;
- Payment split among two (2) different credit cards.
Can I or someone else pay in advance for bottle service / table reservation?
- Yes. Dragonfly allows prepayment of bottles/tables via Credit Card Authorization Form upon your request.
- Simply fill out the form with all requested information along with photo copy of your credit card (both front and back of card) along with photo copy of driver’s license that matches name on credit card used for prepayment transaction.
- Prepayment includes total cost of bottle/s AND all associated table service fees, which is 33% (e.g. tax and gratuity).
- All charges are non-refundable.
- Only FULL payment accepted. Partial payment is NOT accepted (e.g. deposit).
- Please submit all table/bottle prepayment requests via our RESERVATIONS page.
What are the additional charges to my bill?
Prices are before sales tax and table service fees which is approximately 33% – e.g. * Two Bottles @ $500/bottle will be approximately $1330 total all in with tax and table service fees included.
I booked a table reservation. What do I need to bring to be able to check-in?

If the reservation is under my name, can someone else check-in on my behalf?
Yes and no. Someone else may check-in on your behalf if and only if said person is ready to pay for bottle/table total cost.
Can my additional guest(s) check in before me?
Yes guests may check in but cannot enter venue without table purchaser present at time of entry.
I need to make changes to my reservation, who should I contact?

What is your table reservation cancellation policy?
We ask for cancellations to be made by noon day of your reservation (minimally prior to doors opening night of your event). Dragonfly reserves the right to release your table for re-sale if you have not arrived by 12 am on the night of the event. For any last-minute cancellations please email [email protected].
What is the purchase/refund policy?
- All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded after the order has been made.
- In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket which will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond Dragonfly Hollywood (“Venue”), Dragonfly Hollywood management (“management”) and or promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc.
- If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Venue within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Venue within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. - By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you, Venue, and event Promoter(s).
- By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you’re entitled to entry to event you’re purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoter’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event.
- Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds.
- Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time.
- If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you.
- If you do not attend your event, you’re still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend event, you will not receive refund.
- If you purchased for the incorrect date, event, etc., Venue and or Promoter(s) are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer.

- Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Venue and or Promoter(s) are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc.
- Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, fellow patrons/attendees, Venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, Venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, delayed commencing of event and or early ending of event.

It’s my birthday. Can I bring balloons, cake and or my own bottle/s of champagne?
We’re very happy that you decided to spend your Birthday with us here at Dragonfly. Unfortunately, decorations, outside alcohol and delicious cakes must remain outside of the venue. But cupcakes are permitted. And our staff can provide balloons upon your request.
I’ve lost or left something at the club, can you help me find it?
- All lost and found, at Dragonfly, are turned into the office at the end of night.
- You can call 323.446.4335 to inquire if your lost item was turned in.
